Helping us to set a world record of 1,000,000 miles and raise funds to grant wishes is as simple as A B C.

Individual or team Event
Decide whether you are going to run, walk, swim etc a mile(s) as an individual or contact family, friends or work colleagues to form a team covering a total number of miles, then set the date for your event, which can be before or after collecting sponsorship donations.
Sponsorship Forms
Print our Sponsorship forms and continuation sheets in colour and make sure that everyone in your team completes them properly when collecting sponsorship donations from family and friends.
Finally
Please collect all sponsor forms and donations from your team members, carefully check that the information on number of miles for the event has been filled in correctly, make sure that donation cheques are payable to The Wish Foundation then send the forms to us at Merlin’s Wish Foundation. Northside House, Mount Pleasant, Barnet. Hertfordshire. EN4 9EE.

Donations can be paid in at any branch of the Nat West bank for the credit of The Wish Foundation. Sort Code 50 30 10 Account Number 25136186. Please write the date, total amount paid in and the branch you paid in at on the front of your main sponsorship form.
